Fiber art includes a variety of practices such as weaving and macrame, that offer benefits for our physical and mental health. I enjoy sharing these benefits by holding workshops and public events for all ages and skill levels. Weaving can be simple and learned quickly, over and under, giving space for conversation, creativity, and calm.
